Hi there it's Siam Thai Street Food here, today a customer asked for us to put a photograph of the food up but because we cook it fresh and sometimes we don't keep checked off the photograph so i just couldn't read it out and then I will show you one dish that is going to be just a seasoning and today we have a seaweed sesame seed vegetable spring rolls and batter and deep-fried squid served with sweet chili and Siracha sauce you don't have to worry about the spicy i blend it down until it's quite a medium so you can try both sauces just dipping it.
What it's like is a Calamari basically it's just like Calamari we batter it with the fried eggs and then serve with two sauces okay.

I'm not sure if it's gonna go ah, that's what I don't want to happen okay let me read that to you it's good I'm basically cutting beef cutting garlic in chile marinated beef which I'm gonna do a grill bits in a minute to go with this kind of seasoning special seasoning I'm gonna put this on the main menu as well and it will serve with the egg fry rice so let's have a look, let's crack it on right I hope you all are hungry right, okay not sure if it's too close to the pan now right I'm just making Garlic and Pepper sauce for the special menu of the day today with the beef well just the beef I have to grill it first but I'm not gonna and the grilling will take about half an hour.
I'll show it for you but this one is a spice sauce or seasoning sauce I talked about so basically it's blend garlic, blend chili, make it how spicy as you like it I just make it medium to medium mild for you okay so just oil medium heat now don't make it too crispy because it can be overcooked the garlic so basically you just throw it like that so the special dish I have to marinate it with you know well in advance. So it's marinated with a coriander seed if anybody alerted to their allergies because I know someone has, and please let us not ask no so we can cook to your condition, and how you like or don't like, or if you have an allergy to something so just let it, set no hurry because the food will come out nicer when you are in the relaxing environment.
You know sometimes I have the music on sometimes everything should be new depending on if I need to catch up with my homework of the day or not so it's all enjoyable doesn't matter what if we stress you as well so these are yummy chicken noodle little bit of beef I'm just gonna show you the seasoning the easy way so garlic blend garlic and chilies together in the medium heat oil so make sure when you use a Chinese wok you know at the bottom I'm just going to show you a little bit at the bottom it's like that so just make sure you go around.
So basically you just have to do that for about 10 minutes it's depending on how much garlic you put in you put it in the pan or how much stuff you use for the family or for yourself it's just that nice and easy no seasoning yet what I'm going to be using is simple I'm just going to use salt and pepper sauce or oyster sauce or you know any sauce, Asian sauce come don't worry half salt and pepper just a little bit of garlic and chili if you don't have it just go with the pepper because the pepper is classed as a spice anyway, depending on how you put it so you can just go without chilli if you don't like chilli at home.
Okay, I'm happy with that now okay happy yes next one spring onions and chili literally like this it's not spicy so basically you just put a short handful and make sure this to get a is hot now so just be careful I can just do a grilled beef in half an hour for you to see because this one's going to go without grilling okay now easy and where is that doesn't take long salt and pepper it depends on if you like it or not how much do you like it seems like I put a lot but it's not because I cooked about this one I cook about eight portions for tonight so don't forget the salt the seasoning so it's gonna be quite nice and dry if you don't like it dry just add plain hot water in there so there we are so we have all these seasoning sauce that I talked about.
It's gonna be like sauce and seasoning in here because my grill marinade my grill bean is gonna be already marinated from this today. I will put it in the fridge nice and cool get all the sauce to absorb into the beef so basically, you don't need much of this seasoning so here we are and I will be looking forward to seeing you soon.
